    Had plans to have afternoon tea there which started at 14:30. Got there at 13:45 and asked if we could be seated early, and the receptionist informed me that he had sent the chef home because they weren't busy enough so afternoon tea "wasn't available." I had to change my whole plan just because they weren't staffed for no reason. Very disappointed
