  Authentic Thai food, freshly cooked to order from locally sourced produce wherever possible. Deliciously consistent food, nothing out of packet here. If you want individuality from chefs who understand Thai food, this is for you. Open 7 days now, I can't believe my luck. I won't eat anywhere else for Thai in Sussex. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed. They've just won an award for the best Thai in Sussex - from me.

  Another fantastic experience. Great lunch. Most attentive staff, food is absolutely delicious. Mouthwatering pad Thai, red curry is perfect and we had chicken rice which made a nice change from egg fried rice. Overall probably one of the nicest Thai restaurants we have eaten in.

  Without question, the best Thai restaurant in Lewes, with authentic dishes served by the nicest people. No MSG, (monosodium) just the tastiest food for miles. I've eaten at many Thai restaurants and Pailin is the one I keep returning to. I bumped into a chap who was doing some work locally, originally from London. He said that he's been to Thailand on many occasions and this is as good as it gets.

  My favourite restaurant in Lewes. The food is freshly made and delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, the personnel is always ready to please. Five stars!
